The Desert Splash offers a unique experience with ample space for your group. Both floors have open floor plans for gathering. Enjoy St. George's beautiful desert colors, a Utah paradise.

Enter a modern home with stylish décor. The living room has a large flat-screen Smart TV with streaming. The kitchen and dining area seat 12, with extra seating from an 8 ft folding table and 8 chairs in the garage. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances for group meals.

Main level bedrooms: one king master with private bath, luxury bedding, and TV; two queens with TVs, one sharing a Jack & Jill bath.

Upstairs hangout: 50” Smart TV, wrap-around couch, Legends Ultimate Home Arcade, trundle bunk bed, full bath. Three bedrooms: king with private bath and TV; queen with TV sharing Jack & Jill bath with a room having two bunk beds and patio access. Common area sleeps 10 (2 twin bunks, 2 rollouts, 4 mattress sleepers).

Two outdoor patios, front porch, grassy areas, and landscaping create an ideal indoor/outdoor southern Utah experience. Sliding doors open to a north patio with sunset views and shade; west patio is gated with firepit, BBQ, pergola, and Swim Spa.

Sleeping: 2 king masters with ensuites; 3 queens with TVs; 1 room with 2 bunk beds (4 twins); common area sleeps 10.

Swim Spa: a 14 ft pool or hot tub with swim jets and seating for 9. Rinse before use; outside shower provided. From Oct-Mar, $50 heating fee applies.

Kitchen includes Keurig, toaster, Instant Pot, stock pot, kettle, mixer, blender, griddle, spices, baking supplies, island, and large pantry.

Amenities: heated Resort Lap Pool (80°), year-round Hot Pool, Lazy River (seasonal), 18-hole Mini Golf with discount, WiFi, early check-in/late check-out (fees may apply). Door code sent day before arrival.

About Stucki Farms Resort: Located in Washington City near St. George, with varied units from cottages to 8-bedroom villas. Great location in St. George for family of 15+

We had 17 people comfortably stay in this spacious home. We loved the access to the HOA pools and lazy river. We were just 15-30 minutes from all the local attractions and sites.

Big, spacious beautiful home.

Our experience was wonderful. Home was large with plenty of room for everyone. Kids loved all the swimming amenities as well as the private spool. Home was clean and well maintained. The only thing that might have been a nice addition would be maybe some board games and a few toys, otherwise it was great! We would recommend it for sure.

Great spot for a big group!

We really enjoyed our time here! The hot tub was great and there was plenty of space to spread out and relax. I loved that there was plenty of dishes and even an extra folding table and chairs!

Awesome place to stay!

It was a great place to stay. I loved the layout of the rooms and how there was room for everyone and plenty of bathrooms. It was fun to mini golf, and we spent a lot of time in the hot tub spa. It wasn't far from other activities we wanted to do. We'd love to stay there again!

Family vacation at Stucki

The house was beautiful and the location was great for visiting the local state parks and Zion. Travel was 30-60 minutes which was perfect for our group. The only issue we had was the house was on the highway and the traffic noise was very loud.

We loved this rental!

It’s a little far away from from things like gas stations—10 minutes is all—but we loved the home, it accommodated all of us well, the pool complex is amazing, and a lifeguard is on duty, too! We’ll be back.

Mostly great stay

This was mostly a great stay. I felt like the home was a little dirty. The kitchen and and bathrooms were good, but little things like the coffee tables/end tables felt dirty. Kind of nit picky, but the pantry door and kitchen walls had some really dirty spots. We did appreciate how well the kitchen utensils and plates were stocked. There were 20 of us, and even if we didn’t run the dishwasher between meals, there were plenty of plates/silverware. Another issue we had, is we ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. It took the contact 4 hours to respond to my request for more. By that time we had to go to the store for more. I wish they would have left a couple replacement rolls. We booked through VRBO. When all was said and done, we had a $450 VRBO fee that wasn’t listed in the listing. That was a bit frustrating. If you put your property on VRBO, I’d expect you to know what that fee is and list it properly.

St George Family Vaca

Our group of 12 (11 adults and a 4 yo) really enjoyed our stay at Washington Fields. The house had enough rooms to give everyone some quiet space. There was also plenty of room to gather. Dining table sat 8 with 4 chairs at the counter. Kitchen had basically everything we needed. I might have like a few serving dishes, but did just fine. Appliances were top notch. The living area had a large sectional. Easily sat 5-6 with several chairs and large pillows. The outdoor patio with swim spa and fire got quite a lot of use. The house does sit on a busy street. The noise was not evident inside. During commuting hours it was noisy outside. The pool area was cute with a lazy river, two swimming areas and a large hot tub. This was only a block from the house. The home itself is quite central to everything we wanted to do. 45 minutes to Zion. 30 minutes to both Red Cliffs and Snow Canyon. 20 minutes from downtown. Things to do: with children, definitely check out downtown the park with the splash pads. Pioneer Park and the Desert Gardens. Family hikes at Snow Canyon. There are so many short trails. We did Jenny’s Canyon and the Lava Tube/Butterfly Rock loop. For our adults: we had permits for Angel’s Landing in Zion and did Emerald Pools as well. Everyone really enjoyed the Red Reef trail. They also enjoyed the large driving range (top golf-esque). Overall a terrific home in a great area!!

Great Stay!

A very spacious, well stocked kitchen, and nicely furnished place to stay. Some family had a hard time sleeping from the road noise, but nothing a fan or sound machine won’t help drown out.

We enjoyed our stay here with our whole family. The place and amenities are great. It is a little loud on one side of the house and in the backyard due to the road noise, but manageable.

Beautiful with a ton of extras

This house is lovely and incredibly spacious. It had a ton of extras provided. Plenty of towels, toiletries, bedding, and kitchen supplies.
