It took me a while to find a phone number for hotel.com, but they were able to find a person to send the welcome email, and everything was wonderful after that! (On a side note, another couple in the parking area told me they had the same problem, so be sure you have your welcome email before you get there.)"

"Nice and quite secluded place. Clean and spacious, kitchen has all the cooking basics and the bed is really comfortable. We liked how secluded it is but close and central to everything we wanted to do. The bed was better than what we had back home so we really had a restful sleep. Will definitely stay here again. "
