"This house has a very well supplied kitchen - plenty of plates, mugs, silverware, pots and pans. The large deck and stone patio were great for dinners and fire pit! Sunapee is a lovely lake and there is a wonderful public beach (5/person) a short car ride away. We loved that there were several kayaks and paddle boards - the only downside is that water access is challenging. You have to carry the kayak/paddle board down several steps and there isn't a launch, so you have to get it from the dock several feet down into the water. Also no shore access to the lake - the only way in is from the dock down the ladder. There is a nice floating dock to swim out to! We had a fantastic week with family and would love to come back!"
