"I came for an official trip. Considering the nature of the trip, this was prudent to have a good night sleep and comfort to get recharged for the next day. After I made reservation, I made a phone call and requested for a room of my choice . I am so glad that all my requests were understood and considered. The front desk is super helpful and all the members of the team are friendly and knowledgeable.

"We love the Zermatt property and this rental was a great stay! So nice to have the kitchen and dining table. Richerd was a great host and the special complimentary treats were the perfect finishing touch. Would definitely stay here again. "
"Wonderfully restored property. The staff were very kind. Parking, check-in, and access to the building were all easy/quick. Breakfast was excellent.
The only inconvenience in our particular room (not sure it's an issue through the property), was that the window AC unit didn't circulate the cold air very well throughout the room, and the cold air concentrated around the bed."
