"The entire hotel staff are very gracious, professional, and accommodating...made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The hotel offers free parking on the premises. "Staff were very polite and helpful"

"Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition. The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"
