Come make memories in our beautiful home and outdoor space! The Bella Vista boasts breath taking views of the Grand River Arm on Truman Lake and is a uniquely designed lake property perched above the trees gorgeous during all the seasons.

Are you looking for that special getaway that offers not only a comfortable home but a unique design with gorgeous lake views? Check out our unique open concept home tucked into the towering white oaks along Truman Lake featuring a pentagon shaped living and dining area centered around a gorgeous floor to ceiling fireplace and cedar inlaid ceiling and beams. This design is built for entertaining and enjoying time with your friends and family. At over 2200 square feet of living space and almost 1000 square feet of outdoor deck space, everyone will have room to stretch out and truly enjoy the peace and beauty of this area.

Perfect retreat for couples, fisherman, and small families. Boat parking available upon request. Sleeps 6 with two Queen bedrooms, a brand new custom built queen bed in the Four Season Room with 180° deck and lake views, and two full size futons in the main living room to accommodate for the kiddos or when single adults need individual beds.

Wildlife abounds here with deer grazing below the deck, fox love to come traipsing through, and so many turtles to be heard crunching through the leaves. Birds of all kinds can be seen singing from the treetops or munching at the stocked bird feeders.

This is a place for tranquility, relaxation, and time away from the hustle and bustle. Home has a strict guest count policy due to the limited water and septic systems. Please inquire privately for special requests. We do not allow the hosting of parties or events in an effort to respect the beauty, peace, and quiet of this area. You won’t have atv’s or golf carts running down the street all day like many lake communities as we are towards the end of a dead end road. There are no pets or animals permitted.

Cousins getaway weekend

We really enjoyed our time at Bella Vista. The hosts were very nice and easy to get in touch with. Everything was clean and well stocked. My mother in law liked that the light switches were labeled. It’s a gorgeous view of Lake Truman and it’s so peaceful!

Beautiful Place

This place is phenomenal and the best view of the lake to take in from the screened in porch. Lots to offer their guest. Bring groceries and cook for your people on the patio that looks out over the lake. You will not want to leave!!!

This stay had fantastic views with all the comforts needed for a relaxing long weekend. So many things to do and visit in the area. We spent most of our time on the deck. You will not want to leave!!

Everything about our stay at Bella Vista was PERFECT! The house itself is so well taken care of and the views are stunning. The location is great if you are coming down to do some boating or fishing as the launch is just down the street. We would have loved to stay much longer than our calendars allowed, so we're hopeful to come back when we have more time. Thank you for being excellent hosts!!

Beyond Amazing!!

We stayed here for a short weekend at the state fair. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Super clean, has everything you would need and then some. Aron & Jennifer were extremely easy to work with as well. I almost never give 10 ⭐️ rating but I definitely would for this place!

Best View

This property was amazing! The view of the lake off the deck was incredible! Very peaceful and relaxing. Getting into town for lunch or groceries was a breeze - 15 minutes top! There was a variety of restaurants - we ate at the Landing. Very good food and nice area. Accomodations were exactly as described. It was fun to cook on the flatstone...we don't have one so fun to experience that! The hosts provided excellent information befre, during, and after our stay. Would highly recommend!!

Amazing

The house was beautiful plus the view from the deck was gorgeous! The host and hostess had everything stocked that you would need. We really enjoyed just setting on the deck in the mornings and evenings(or anytime)watching boats on the water. We also enjoyed using the grill and black stone grill. We hope to go back at sometime and recommend this house to stay at.

I loved the location of this property. The area is extremely quiet as if you're out in the woods but in reality you are so close to the town of Warsaw in one direction and Clinton in the other direction. The view from the back deck is breathtaking. In the morning my husband and I would sit on the back deck to have our coffee. Looking out over the lake we were watching the birds fly around when we notice to bald eagles looking for fish in the lake below. We sat and watched them for 30 minutes. It was very cool.The host are amazing making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We were offered fresh eggs from their hens and when I left a pair of new sandles behind she contacted me to let me know. She then mailed them to me free of charge.This house is a great place to stay and the host is perfect.

Great home, amenities and the VIEW

We had a great time during our stay and made some everlasting memories! The house and property are great. There is plenty of space and seating everywhere in and out. The covered deck provides a very large space to do many things, eat rest, relax and the views of the lake water and trees are the best. The hosts went above and beyond. There was a strong thunderstorm that went through one night and due to trees within the area being damaged we lost power along with others in the neighborhood. No big deal we just enjoyed the time together. Our host brought us hot coffee and croissants early the next morning to make sure we were ok and comfortable while the power company worked to restore service. I definitely recommend both the property and hosts. Thank you both!

Home away from Home

From the beginning it was obvious the owners wanted our vacation to be restful and relaxing. When asked about an earlier check-in, they responded positively with a time their home was ready for my family We really appreciated the quick response to our questions and felt very welcomed as there weren’t “do not “ signs all over the home like many owners post. The kitchen and bathrooms were extremely well stocked with many items available for our use. The view was as pictured and not overstated, huge and unobstructed as described. The deck offered many seating choices for eating, resting or reading. The home was a short drive to town in a very quiet neighborhood. Thank you for making our 20th mother, daughter trip so memorable!

Great place to unwind and relax

We were looking for a place to unwind and relax and this place was just that. It had a great view of the lake with some comfy outdoor furniture to sit ini and drink coffee or cocktails while chatting and admiring the view (even with rain as it was a covered deck). It has plenty of room and a well equipped kitchen as well as a griddle on the deck where we did cooked up some brunches. It is about 15 minutes from town (aka groceries, restaurants, etc) so not far. It is on a street with neighbors though if anybody is expecting it it be more secluded. The neighbor on one side was visible from where we sat on the deck most of our stay but it did not bother us either. We were pretty relaxed. We would definitely recommend this place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cousin Get Away

Our group of cousins gets together once a year for a weekend, just to hang out, laugh, play games, eat and carry on! We have decided to make this "our place"! The view is amazing! The deck is big and there is comfortable furniture on it to accommodate 6. The house itself is beautiful, with a main bathroom you could almost live in and is very well stocked! Lol Kitchen is well stocked. Everything was very clean when we arrived and the hosts were quick to reply when I asked a question. I would give this more stars if I could! We will be back next year, Lord willing. Thank you, Aron and Jennifer!
