The visit was fine until every night we had to smell the strong odor of someone smoking weed in the building and outside the building. I checked and there is no recreational drug use in the state of Indiana. I brought it up on 3 different occasions. At one point the lady at front desk confirmed that she smelled it on the offenders as they came in the building and did not stop them at that point. My son has asthma and had more than one coughing fits as a result. The fact that this establishment ignored state drug laws and federal Clean air laws (no smoking indoors) is unacceptable. I inquired about getting a refund and was informed that they didn't even have a regular manager that could refund or offer any compensation to my complaints. I was given a phone number to call and got no answer when I tried. Over all i would not recommend this skunk stinking weed hut to anyone.

Have stayed at other similar hotels in Warsaw, and the Best Western compares favorably. Only issue is shower water pressure. I get saving water = low flow shower heads. But if it takes 3x longer to shower, are we really saving water? Breakfast was good and property is in good condition. Would suggest upgrading the TV interface. Not many channels displayed what was showing, as is common in most hotels.

I had three separate hotels for my weeklong stay due to hotel rooms being taken up by contractors staying in the area, and Best Western's bed and pillows were the best BY FAR.

The pool was over chlorinated and my nephews eyes were still burning after leaving the pool and going to the room. The elevator was broken for over three days!! and we had to walk to the second floor my 75 year old mother went very slow.

This is obviously an older property and has been renovated. The room and bed were clean but things like the trim and fixtures and carpeting are not in the best shape. The elevator was also out of order when we stayed there. But the staff was helpful (rearranging the room accommodations because my wife had just had knee surgery and can't use stairs yet). Quiet and safe area. A good budget option for an area motel.

Loved the whole place! The staff were friendly and helpful. Patty even went out of her way to help me with lighting. The whole place was clean and comfortable. What I really liked was the bathroom, because it had hand rails in the tub . Having trouble with my legs , so the rails were a big help. Will definitely stay here again

My stay went ok except when I told the front desk that the trash in the foyer was stinking really bad he said it wasn't his job so I had to smell nasty trash all night I was really upset about it

Breakfast was decent, room size and amenities are good. Main floor mens bathroom urinal was out of order for the day, clerk didn’t bother to provide the big towels for the pool, bathroom floor tiles were broken, shower gel and shampoos were minimal and when asked to give more, we just received one. This is a Christmas Eve, so the hotel was quite, which was good. Cleanliness in the room and loung were good.

Entered the hotel and was informed the elevator was out of service, and we would be on the second floor. We entered the room to find sour gummy worms sitting at various places throughout the room ( on top of the mirror, tvs, etc). The tile flooring in the bathroom was loose and the floor underneath felt spongy. The tub would not drain, and when we went to call the front desk we discovered that the phone was not connected to the wall and was missing buttons. The young man at the front desk was new, but was extremely helpful. Once we walked down the stairs to get help with the tub, he came right away and was able to plunge it. We were concerned breakfast would not be good, but that was quite good. We did question if the waffle mix was OK because we noticed dark chunks in it. Turns out the advertised "original" waffle batter was birthday cake batter with sprinkles.

Upon check in the front desk system was down, the elevator was out and I had to carry my 50lb suite case up two flights of stairs. My stay was for 4 nights and no one cleaned the room while there and had to track down towels myself. Also, there was no lights in the parking lot.

Caryn,Thank you for your review of your stay. Yes unfortunately our internet was out for about 16 hours which took our system down due to a cut fiber somewhere in town. Our elevator is down for the safety of our guests while we are waiting for a part to come in and we are only renting 1st and 2nd floor during this time. I'm very sorry to hear that housekeeping did not come and clean your room during your 4 nights, someone should have been there every day to check on your room and see if you need anything. A few minor negatives, gym equipment had issues even after we asked for assistance. Shower had great pressure but not temperature. I have stayed here previously and it is quiet with great parking. I also love the beds and it is very clean. I would stay again no question! The positives outweigh the negatives absolutely!
