The lower-level unit was lovingly restored with stone walls and antique details for a luxurious yet charming feel. Centrally located - just a two-minute walk to all restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. It’s a wonderful location to spend time with family and friends. Has ample free parking, kitchenette (microwave, air fryer, Keurig, toaster, refrigerator), your own washer and dryer, full bath and more. Everything you need for a perfect stay to feel right at home. Cute and cozy appartment attached to bigger house with shared driveway. Very clean, Host was very quick to respond! I would stay here again! There were alos toys and books provided so my 2 year old stayed happy!

This apartment was even better than I expected. It was the perfect size and and more spacious than I thought it would be. The overall property is gorgeous with a cool history also. Owner was so nice and friendly. Definitely recommend staying here!

The property was amazing in a wonderful neighborhood. The building has an amazing history, the smokehouse history was fun to learn about, and the town had an event called "first Friday" where local bands and vendors showcased on Friday night, and our host was always attentive to our needs, available, and pleasant. This was exactly as advertised and better! The decor and feel of the unit were lovely. The exposed stone was so inviting and the unit was the perfect size for a quick romantic getaway. Just blocks to restaurants and downtown was a huge plus. The unit is amazing and the owner is fantastic!

Historic house, easy walk to oldtown Warrenton, Virginia. Several rooms in a finished basement..bedroom/living room, 2nd bedroom, dining room. Small kitchen with coffee, microwave, fridge (no range). Patio with separate door. Parking on site.

We had a five star experience with Bill as our host! Every detail was accounted for, including a pack and play for our newborn and a shelf full of toys for our toddler. A bottle of wine greeted us upon arrival which was such a nice touch. The property was exquisite; private but easily accessible. Bill was extremely personable and made us feel right at home. He took the time to show us around his lovely home and gave us the history which we absolutely loved. We could go on and on, but bottom line is you won’t find a better place to stay that’s full of rich history and walkable to all the shops in town than Bill’s incredible property! We 10/10 recommend and will absolutely be staying here again!

My husband and another couple stayed with us at this beautiful vrbo so that we could be close by to our friends wedding location. It was absolutely a perfect location to the venue for us as well and walking distance to downtown. The check-in process was simple and easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in such a historic area. If I had one suggestion I would just ask for a few hooks or a rod to hang some clothes. But this may be specific to our case because we had wedding clothes we wished to hang up. So just a suggestion! 🙂 I would easily come back and stay here again. Overall the place was great, the property manager fantastic and very welcoming. Only 2 cons: it is not a lower level apartment, it is a basement. There were doors that were locked from inside the house, which I did not like for my own security. We had no way of locking the doors on our side, so we just had to hope no one would walk in. Spiders were everywhere, I hate spiders.

After driving an hour and a half from BWI in the rain at night, we were looking to just get to our rental and relax. What a surprise my wife and I had once we arrived. It truly energized us once we walked into this very cool, and extremely unique rental. The well appointed coffee bar was a great treat after the long drive. The bed was the icing on the cake. Very comfortable and cozy. All and all our experience far exceeded our expectations. Our host was kind and responsive to all our needs although there really wasn’t any to speak of that was pressing. I highly, highly, recommend this unique rental. You will be glad you did.
