This location was perfect for 16 college friends to gather for a 3 day weekend getaway. Plenty of beds, kitchen space, dining space, gathering areas inside and out. We enjoyed the property for hikes and being in the calm of nature. We also enjoyed the town for shopping, a couple breweries and a visit to a beautiful preserve. The location is minutes away from Warrenton and anything you would need, but you feel like you are in the country! The host was very easy to communicate with and I knew he was always an easy phone call away if any issue should arise. I recommend this location for friends, families, home schoolers, church retreats etc...

Great stay for our wedding party!

Extremely happy with our stay here! Plenty of room to fit our groomsmen and bridesmaids and their plus ones. The game room is amazing! We had a great time and would highly recommend to anyone else looking for a large place in a good location.

This home is great for a large family gathering. We were 31 in total, so rented the cottage next door as well. Great location if you want to spend time in DC or in historic sites around the area. A few of us are horse enthusiasts, so we had plenty to enjoy as well. The indoor and outdoor spaces are comfortable with plenty of seating. With so much table space available, we were able to keep the jigsaw puzzles rolling all week!

Awesome Stay with a lot of beds

We were looking for a location that we could host our college retreat. The Hidden Hollow Farm House was great. A lot of single beds so each had their own bed. Also location was quiet and peaceful yet close to anything that you would need. Thank you for hosting us!

Family reunion

Refreshing and Spacious

Our trip with our young adult college students went so well in large part due to the amazing space, well-stocked, and hospitable accommodations. We had room for large group gatherings and sharing meals together and quiet space for each student. The grounds and scenery are gorgeous. Well-maintained home and kind host. Wally even helped me unload as well as give me a tour of the home so I knew where everything was at. We definitely recommend this stay!

Amazing home in perfect location

Farmhouse Feel

The house is cozy and comfortable, the property is beautiful, pool is great especially for kids. The owner was very hospitable. It was the perfect house for family of 22 ranging in age from 82 to 5.

Family Stay/Wedding Week

This place was perfect for our family needs. We were all there a week before a Wedding and we had plenty of bed space and room to enjoy our stay and not be overcrowded. Our host was very helpful with any questions or concerns we may have had. Although it sits back off the road a bit, which we all enjoyed, it is very close to anything you are needing such as groceries, shopping, restaurants etc...We had a great week!

Cozy getaway

Pat and Wally’s farmhouse was such a perfect stay for our wedding party during our wedding weekend. The space is very large and one of the only places in the area that can accommodate such a large group of people. The game room was a huge success. Overall a great experience!

Loved it for a family reunion!

We had a blast with everything on the property! The game room was a real hit with the kids, the pond was a nice serene place to listen to nature, and the town was close enough for any additional things we needed without providing any unnecessary traffic noise. We paired it with a neighboring property since we had a slightly larger group, and the extra space gave every family unit the space they needed. We hope to have another gathering in a couple of years and this location will be at the top of the list!
