Newly renovated cottage in an ideal location to enjoy all that the Adirondack Park has to offer. Close to Lake George and less than a mile to local restaurants, breweries, grocery stores, and cafes. Countless hikes, bike paths, lakes, and outdoor activities within close proximity. 22 minutes to Gore and West Mountains, 12 minutes to Lake George Village, 15 minutes to Lake George Outlets. Full kitchen with all basic cooking necessities, locked porch to safely store skis, bicycles, etc.

Quiet, safe residential neighborhood.

Digital keypad with personal code for every group of guests for security.

First floor: fully equipped kitchen with all basic cooking supplies and utensils, open floor plan dining and living area with cozy electric fireplace, full bathroom, washer and dryer, office nook, 3 season porch.
Second floor: 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 contains 1 king bed, bedroom 2 contains 1 queen bed. Clean sheets, blankets, and towels provided.
Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood in close proximity to many outdoor and indoor activities, hiking and biking trails, rivers, lakes, and beaches.
We have a second home on the same property that accommodates 4 if you are traveling with a larger group. Please inquire if interested in renting both.

Uber is available in the area, but it is best to book in advance in the winter months as availability is often limited.

Local management company on call 24/7, so please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or needs.
