Perfectly located within walking distance of ski trails, and just a quick shuttle ride from Sugarbush Resort, there are plenty of activities nearby for the whole family. And from the large picture window in the living room to the two balconies, you can enjoy spectacular views of the mountains from inside and outside this home.

No matter the season, there is plenty to do in Warren. In winter, enjoy skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing at Sugarbush, as well as cross country skiing at Blueberry Lake. In the summer months, you can enjoy the local farmers' markets, Warren Falls, swimming, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, hiking, and mountain biking at any of the local mountains. And throughout the year, you'll find numerous shops, restaurants, a local movie theater, and Lawson's Brewery.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
