"We stayed here for 4 days/nights. The room and the facilities were clean, and the staff were friendly, but several Issues were less than acceptable. The luggage carts were cheap, flimsy, and hard to navigate. The key cards kept not working and needing to be replaced-quite frustrating when you have to walk to the other side of the hotel to get to the front desk. The elevator was very slow, and the doors took a long time to open. There was only one elevator for guests, and the cleaning staff were using it to transport supplies and cleaning equipment. The toilet was slow and hard to flush. The quality of the breakfast foods were very mediocre. When i extended my reservation, I was charged $80/night more than when I originally booked it. Though the stay was adequate, it was certainly not the Hilton caliber that one would expect. I will most likely select another hotel when I return to this area."
