Elevators didn't work. No room service unless you stay a week. Otherwise, you had to call the desk and ask for clean towels, toilet paper, etc.

Very disappointed when we pulled up to find out that the two charging posts were broken. That was one of the reasons why we chose that hotel. For the price we paid we should’ve gotten some sort of breakfast, but the only thing I had was a glazed doughnut.

The only thing that needed improvement to me would be to put in a gated pet park with good grass. The one that is there now hurt my little Yorkey’s feet. Staffs was very friendly and so was the cleaning lady. The room was very nice and very clean. Would stay there again when in town visiting family.

The WiFi was very slow and sometimes nonexistent. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

The bathroom floors were dirty and extremely slippery. It felt like you were skating on ice. No vent fan in bathroom do lots of moisture in air snd room. The room was cramped. On the upside the beds were comfortable.

The bathroom was not clean. There was some sort of gel on the toilet seat cover, the top of the tank and the shower handle. I purchased the Orbitz "protection" in case I didn't stay the entire time. I checked out the next morning and checked in to another hotel down the street. Orbitz did not reimburse me for the days I did not use saying checking out early didn't fall under their "protection" Paying extra is a waste of your money.

The staff was helpful and polite, checkin was easy, but we saw a cockroach in the room and even had a few hitch a ride home with us so that was disappointing.

Room was not ready when we reached at 5:15 pm when check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 pm. The housekeeping lady had started to clean the room 10 minutes back. We went away shopping and came back at 7 pm and then checked-in. Never experienced anything like this in all these years.

I booked and prepaid my hotel room at 8:30pm and showed up to check in but they were oversold. They never called to notify me and left me to find my own place at 10:30pm . The staff agent was rude and not helpful. He just brushed me off to get a refund later.

Ms. Christian and Alex were amazing. Very professional and courteous. I don't believe that I have stayed at Candlewood Suites before, but I do know that it will not be my last time. I loved the accommodations, however the double beds are really small beds. I was not use to the beds being so small!!! The facility was clean and inviting upon arrival and as I walked into the building.

Need Ice Machine
The only thing wrong with our stay was a ice machine so we could have a cold drink after a long drive. The ice maker in refrigerator does not make ice for at least 2 hours when turned on. Ours never made ice.

HORRIBLE. DO NOT STAY HERE! Front desk worker said she could not provide a blanket for the pull out sofa. Just sheets. So my two children (ages 3 & 6) would’ve had to sleep without a blanket if we did not have an extra one in our car. How are you not able to provide a blanket for the pull out sofa? Especially in the winter when it’s in the high 40’s outside?!!!!!! I was honestly shocked. And to top it all off, the sheets they provided for the pull out had large blood stains on it! I just spoke with a hotel manager and they said our complaint didn’t warrant a refund, per company policy cause it was not a major issue.

Flea infestation
When I arrived I was 50 minutes early but the room was not ready.. When I retuned everything was ready. The first night a ladybug was by the nightstand. This was fine. The next night it was a stink bug. I told the front desk person. She stated she would handle it and that never happened. I took care of it. The next night was the worst “Fleas”. They came up and saw the fleas themselves. I showed them my ankles and side so they literally ran out and put me in room 206. I was leaving in the morning so my only interest was to make it through the night. I called the front desk again about the TV and of course I figured it out because no one came. I would never stay there again. They should be down graded. I have pictures.
