Cozy, quaint, artsy cottage in the heart of Warm Springs. Walking distance to fantastic restaurants, galleries, trails, spa, the Warm Springs Pools and more! 5 mile drive to The Homestead Resort. Begin your day with coffee on the glass porch, among the treetops while listening to the clock-tower chime the hour and end it with sunsets around the fire pit before enjoying amazing stargazing. Take the walking tour down Germantown Road beginning at the Waterwheel and visit the Bath County Historical society. Convenient centralized location. Enjoy the charm of the claw foot tub and farmhouse sink. You’ll get a true taste of nostalgia and cottage mountain living! Queen bedroom and single bedroom share a door. Can be closed and used as two bedrooms or opened and used as a suite. Roll away bed is available.

This cabin was so cute, super easy to get to and close to everything. Just a few minutes from the warm spring pools and the Milk House Market. Check in was so easy, communication was perfect and the space was lovely for cooking and relaxing with my hubby

Charming cottage in Warm Springs. Very close to area attractions of interest to me: village of Warm Springs, Douthat State Park for day visit/hiking, activities at The Homestead. So nice to have privacy of a cottage with full kitchen and laundry. Very comfortable space for me and my beloved Shih Tzu for a mountain vacation!

House is charming. Very close to the Warm Springs and the Omni, making activities easy. Basketball hoop in the backyard made our teenage son very happy.

A lovely time!

We loved how much this cottage felt like someone's home. It was so cozy and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the fire pit and reading some of the books on the shelves. And it was in a great location to boot, only a couple minutes from the pools Warm Springs. Pam, the property manager, was welcoming and let us know about a water issue (which did not affect the stayatall).

Love Lavender Hill Cottage

We had a wonderful stay at Lavender Hill Cottage. The home is in an excellent location and has all the amenities for a comfortable and relaxed stay. The cottage is cozy and inviting. A wonderful weekend in Warm Springs

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Lavender Hill Cottage! It’s cozy, clean, and conveniently located to a variety of activities. We visited the Homestead, Warm Springs Pools, a nearby hiking trail, Bacova Beer Company, and Sam Snead’s Tavern during our stay. The property manager was lovely to communicate with before, during, and after our stay. I would definitely stay at Lavender Hill Cottage again!

Charming cottage

My family of 4 stayed at the Lavender Hill cottage for a long weekend. The home is charming and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed. We enjoyed the electric fireplace at night as well as the fire pit. The owner and property manager were communicative and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay :)

The perfect stay!

We adored this cottage: great location for exploring the town and region (we came for soaking and the nearby Maple Festival). And the house itself was wonderful for 3 of us to cook full meals each night and spread out to read, watch movies and play games (kindly provided!)The house is SO nicely designed and decorated. There are so many thoughtful touches and it really felt like our home for a few days. It’s a beautiful space but also clearly meant to be used. We 100% hope to return!

Perfect Bath County Basecamp

We stayed at Lavender Hill Cottage for a friendship reunion trip after the three of us hadn't seen each other at the same time in three years, now that we are spread so far across the country after college. This was the perfect house for our needs. The vibe is so cozy, the village center in Warm Springs is walkable, and the central location within the county makes this cottage the ideal basecamp for exploring all the natural and culinary attractions Bath County has to offer! This was my second time staying here, and I cannot recommend it enough.

This little cottage is amazing. The location is great. The place is fully stocked aside from food. My only complaint is the flat bed pillows but I usually bring my own anyway but forgot this time! 10/10!

Lovely house/Perfect Location

Cozy cottage right in between Warm Springs and Hot Springs VA. Very good communication with owner and property manager. We did everything we wanted to in the area with very short jaunts from the cottage. Scenery and neighborhood is very beautiful. Cottage was well appointed and comfortable. ❤️
