"Location foot friendly. Kitchen reasonably well equiped. Room spacious as is bathroom. Be aware western ide rooms will have some traffic noise from drive way. Most noticeable from the adjoining property which has a double width electric security roller door to their car parking. It has a prominent rattle and squeak."
