"The property was secluded enough to be private. We loved the deck that overlooked the small lake. Very clean, all the necessary kitchen equipment and comfortable beds and baths, and living room area. Myself and two friends were there to birdwatch for several days in the area (Mingo Wildlife Refuge and Otter Slough State Conservation Area)."

"We loved it here!!! There is a very nice swimming beach with a giant lake and boat ramp in walking distance; we went swimming and watched the eclipse!!! Absolutely phenomenal view at the lake, and the kitchen was very, very convenient if you want to save money and not eat out for every meal. The owner responds to texts instantly, too!"

"A beautiful, spacious three-bedroom home. All the comforts including a fully equipped kitchen, but away from the hustle and bustle. I spent much of an afternoon lounging out back among the trees and listening to the birds. Then in the evening, I could listen to the chirps of the frogs. The hosts provided just the right level of communication - not intrusive, but enough to be sure I didn't need anything. And if you're not completely disconnecting, the provided internet service was more than sufficient for a Teams meeting I couldn't quite escape."
