"This was am amazing stay whilst on a 3 day cycling tour on the East Coast. The staff were amazing - helpful, kind and attentive. The room was spacious, clean and the private hot spring in the room was just perfect after a long day on the bikes. There was free pour over coffee tasting, a delicious evening buffet and just the best breakfast I've had throughout my 3 weeks in Taiwan. "We had a wonderful time here! The room was large and comfortable for a family of four. We liked the quirky bird decorations and had fun identifying the native ones we have seen. I loved the balcony with an ocean view and the rooftop a for a more 360 degree view. It was our first time to Hualien area and loved the quiet and peaceful road this hotel was located on. The owner was so helpful and generous. We enjoyed the Taiwanese breakfast buffet, especially the radish cakes! Definitely will return....

Staff were very friendly and professional. Environment was quite nice. Breakfast has many variations , might be one of the best breakfast. Many parking spaces, and was easy to booking a golf car service. My only complaint is the bed itself was firm and pillows wasn't comfortable for me and my husband. Overall it was a nice stay for my family.
