Villa Waterrijk MIVA 3 is a spacious and wheelchair-friendly villa for a maximum of 3 people, designed with an eye for comfort, accessibility and playful details. The bright living room has a cosy seating area with Smart TV, a dining table and a comfortable sofa, making it a lovely place to relax together.



The luxury kitchen is fully equipped with, amongst other things, an induction hob, oven, combination microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee maker and a Nespresso machine. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one of which is specially designed for children and wheelchair users. The second bedroom features a practical fold-away double bed, creating extra living space during the day.



Via a staircase you reach the mezzanine, where a large mattress and television provide a cosy spot to relax. There is also a separate play area for children. Please note that you cannot stand fully upright here.



The bathroom is fully adapted for people with disabilities and equipped with grab rails at the toilet and shower. Outside you can enjoy both a spacious roof terrace with lounge chairs and a garden with luxury lounge set and sun loungers. The property has a wheelchair-friendly jetty on the water. In addition, there is free WiFi available and you can park at the central car park near the accommodation.
