"Perfect for 2 couples or a small family! Very clean and Marcus was very responsive. We were in Charleston the first time and the location was great. 20 min to just about anywhere and plenty of local shopping and restaurants nearby .If we come back we would stay here again!"

"The space was absolutely spotless upon arrival. Everything looked exactly like the pictures and was as described. We loved the accommodations and the location. It was close enough to everything we wanted to do to be a comfortable drive, while being tucked away enough out of the hustle and bustle to be quiet and very private. We enjoyed the pool, and most days were the only people lounging by it. The pond is a beautiful view and very relaxing. Love the huge patio. The only thing that would make it better is maybe a lounge chair or two for relaxing out there. I would also recommend some heavier curtains for the bedroom and living room. While the sliding glass doors are wonderful, the light comes in very bright in the evenings before sunset, also felt like someone was going to walk down the stairs outside and look in our window. I would recommend also recommend if you are a light sleeper to bring some ear plugs because the people upstairs were very loud late into the night. Overall we loved the space, and hope to stay again in the future and would definitely recommend it to friends! Thank you Annette for being so responsive and easy to work with, we appreciate you! "

"We rented the property to celebrate a graduation. The pool was awesome as well as the large hang out areas. We were able to visit, enjoy the pool and eat meals together in the extra large kitchen/ dining/ den area. The host was responsive, friendly and helpful with area recommendations. It’s also in a great area, close to attractions, the airport and stores, but tucked in a quiet neighborhood. "

"Apartment was very clean, and in a wonderful location for my son’s baseball tournament. After breaking multiple bones during one of our games sliding into home plate, the owners were amazing and understanding. I can not say enough good things about them. He ended up having emergency surgery and is recovering so I will never forget staying here… and I would absolutely stay again! "
