This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful, especially Derek. As foreigners and we use eSIM without a physical phone number, it’s not an easy thing to reserve Disney park tickets. Derek has gone beyond and above to assist us, we feel sorry to take him so much time but his service is just great!

It's in the most convenient location, with many dinning and shopping options. Food is excellent at the club lounge, great breakfast buffet spread in the lobby and delicious snacks at the Jazz Bar. Excellent and knowledgeable, English speaking service staff all around. Special shout to Max and Melody at the club lounge for making our stay at Fairmont Peace Hotel an exceptional one!

The location is good, the facility is beautiful. The staffs seem all new on job and most of them do not know about their jobs. The breakfast is ok, and the chinese restaurant is ok. The Rui noodle place is awful. The noodles and other dishes taste below average.
