It offers 67 m² of space for up to 4 people. The exceptionally spacious balcony wraps around two sides of the apartment, facing the north and west sides of the aparthotel. Here, you can enjoy a unique panoramic view of the North Sea and the beach promenade!<br><br>The Location <br>This large and elegant apartment is situated in a unique location on the northwest side, on the second floor of the Anna Düne aparthotel, and offers you a direct view of the sea. The fine-sand North Sea beach and the promenade are just a few metres away. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés. Recreational activities such as the seawater leisure pool, the tennis centre, or the surf school are all within easy walking distance.<br><br>The Amenities <br>This light-filled, barrier-free apartment features a small but well-equipped kitchenette. Here you’ll find, among other things, a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. <br>The stylish and spacious bathroom features a large walk-in shower as well as a sink with a hair dryer and a makeup mirror. <br>The apartment features a living/sleeping area with a double bed and a single sofa bed, a large flat-screen TV, and a hi-fi system. The sleeping area with the double bed can be separated from the living area by a sliding partition.<br>The separate bedroom with a bunk bed has its own access to the balcony. A cot can be set up in the living area for a fee.<br>After relaxing days at the beach, you can unwind wonderfully on the exceptionally large balcony facing the sea.
