Location
The penthouse is located on the sixth floor of the popular NordseeResort Friesland holiday complex, right on the dike and only about 200 metres from the kilometer-long sandy beach. Numerous restaurants, cafés, and shopping options are easily accessible on foot or by bike. The range of recreational activities in the area is also diverse: from the indoor seawater wave pool in Hooksiel to the Friesland-Therme and the 2,500-square-meter Thalasso Meeres SPA in Horumersiel. Also popular is the water ski lift in Hooksiel with its large sun terrace, and our tip for families is a guided mudflat hike, which offers a fascinating glimpse into the Wadden Sea, an UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site.

The penthouse features high-quality furnishings and modern amenities. Three bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a closet, blackout curtains, and insect screens, ensure a restful night’s sleep. Two of the bedrooms feature a SMART TV. There are two bathrooms, both with walk-in rain showers; the larger one also features underfloor heating, a bathtub, and its own sauna—your private oasis of well-being during your holiday. The spacious living-dining area with a wood-burning stove, a 55-inch QLED Smart TV, books, and games invites you to enjoy cosy evenings, while the open kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker (Senseo), electric kettle, and toaster. The large rooftop terrace with ocean views, sun loungers, patio furniture, and a parasol offers the ideal spot to relax in the fresh North Sea air. Free Wi-Fi with a fiber-optic connection is included, as is the option to add a cot and a high chair upon request.
