The Wangermeer Perle I is a cosy, modern semi-detached home located directly on Lake Wangermeer in Hohenkirchen. You enter the house through the bright entryway into a welcoming hallway, which leads to a bathroom with a toilet and shower, as well as a convenient laundry room with a washing machine. The inviting living and dining area forms the heart of the home: The open, fully equipped kitchen with dining area offers a beautiful view of the garden and access to the patio, while the large, comfortable sofa invites you to relax.

The staircase in the living area leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find another bathroom with a shower and four bedrooms: two rooms, each with a double bed, and two additional rooms, each with two single beds—ideal for families or groups.

The house features a modern ventilation system, heated floors, and a lockable bike shed. For larger groups, there is the option to book the adjacent semi-detached house, “Wangermeer Perle II,” as well. Holiday in Hohenkirchen—Relaxation, Nature, and Plenty of Fun

The climatic health resort of Hohenkirchen (Zone 2) is subject to a visitor’s tax. Therefore, a visitor’s tax must be paid on site. This tax is based on the number of people, age, and length of stay. The following are exempt from the visitor’s tax:
a) Children up to and including 3 years of age.
b) Severely disabled persons whose “degree of disability” (formerly: reduced earning capacity) is 100% according to an official ID card.
c) Severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependant on constant assistance (marked with a “B” on the ID card). This means: regardless of the degree of disability (e.g., GdB 80% and designation “B”).
d) Companions of severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependant on constant assistance.
