3-room house 90 m2 on 2 levels. Cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, Scandinavian wood stove, satellite TV, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, Sauna. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed and satellite TV (flat screen), DVD. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds and satellite TV (flat screen). Sep. WC. Schöner Urlaub

Das Haus war gepflegt und behaglich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist klein, aber mit allen Geräten gut ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt zentral, man ist mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten im Örtchen oder am Damm. Der Service beim ein- und auschecken war hervorragend und sehr freundlich.

Wir waren jetzt das 3.mal in folge in diesen ferienhaus und sind jedes mal zufrieden.das einzigste was mal getauscht werden müsste ist das sofa,es ist sehr durch gesessen und man muss aufpassen das man sich nicht weh tut,wenn man direkt auf einer latte oder kante sitzt. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Schlüsselübergabe vor ort verläuft pünktlich und man fühlt sich immmer willkommen. Immer wieder gerne.

2014 machten wir das erste Mal Urlaub im Ferienhaus Johanna. Es gefiel uns so gut, dass wir unsere nächsten 4 Urlaube auch dort verbrachten. Leider erhöhten sich dann die Preise. 2022 wollten wir nun noch einmal unseren Novemberurlaub dort verbringen. Leider wurde seit 2014 nichts im/am Haus getan. Die Spülmaschine und Küche sind veraltet. Die alte Haustür klemmte und wir waren 3 Stunden lang ausgesperrt. ...

Hallo, es war sehr schön dort, eine ruhige Lage mit kleinem Garten, nicht weit weg vom Zentrum und auch nicht weit zum Meer, allerdings sollte der Balkon mal renoviert werden das Holz ist einfach fertig mit streichen kommt man da nichtmehr weit. Roladen währen auch nicht schlecht die Häuser in der Nachbarschaft haben die meisten mittlerweile Roläden an den Fenster.Ich würde jederzeit wieder dorthin gehen. Türschloss sollte dringend ausgewechselt werden es ist verschliessen Mfg.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, hat eine Gästetoilette und eine offene Küche, die allerdings sehr eng ist und etwas besser ausgestattet sein könnte....(Schüsseln, Durchschlag, Schälmesser, Rührlöffel etc) In jedem Zimmer steht ein TV. Der Garten ist rundherum von einer Hecke bewachsen, sodass er blickdicht ist.

Urlaub mit Hund

Das Ferienhaus ist gemütlich, bietet alles, was man im Urlaub benötigt und die Terrasse mit dem großen Rasen lädt zum Erholen ein. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass das Grundstück zum Teil offen ist, so dass der Hund nicht frei laufen kann.

Renovieren wäre angebracht

Das Ferienhaus ist seinem Alter entsprechend eingerichtet. Ein neuer Anstrich wäre wünschenswert, die Brüstung des Balkons sollte erneuert werden, Wind und Wetter haben gute Arbeit geleistet. Der Terrassentisch wird meist aus Rost zusammengehalten. Die Küchenhelfer haben die beste Zeit hinter sich gebracht. Es Fehlen nützliche Helfer in der Küche z.B. Schere, Untersetzer. Das Badezimmer bedarf einer Grundreinigung.

Räumlichkeiten sauber und Gepflegt, Würde immer wieder kommen.

Super schöner Aufenthalt. Lage sehr nah zum Strand, ca. 1,3 Km ca. ca 20 min, geht man am Deich lang zum Alten Hafen. Zentrum ist zu fuß oder mit den Auto erreichbar. Das Haus ist sauber und Gepflegt, die Sauna benötigt ca. 20 min. zum Aufwärmen. Die Küche ist gut bestückt. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Großzügiger Wohn/Essbereich. Die Küche ist zwar sehr eng aber es befinden sich alles was man benötigt drin. Leider gibt es keinen Besen oder Schaufel und Handfeger vor Ort, ein Staubsauger ist Vorhanden. Im Obergeschoss sind 2 Schlafräume der eine mit einen Ehebett, sowie zustelle für Kleinkinder und Hochstuhl ausgestattet , das Andere Zimmer hat 2 einzelbetten, kann man als Ehebett zusammen Stellen.. In beiden Räumen befindet sich ein TV. Ein Gäste WC ist ebenfalls im Obergeschoß. Wir waren mit unseren Hund dort die Umgebung ist sehr Hundefreundlich, es sind Überall Abwurf Möglichkeiten sowie Kotbeutel vorhanden. Ich werde auf jedenfalls diese Örtlichkeit ein Order auch mehrmals weiter nutzen.

Schöne Zeit am Meer

Sehr gemütliches Feriehaus in ruhiger Lage ! Auch der über uns hereingebrochen Februarsturm mit Dauerregen konnte die Ferienfreude nicht schmälern. Am Kamin bei einem guten Buch war auch dieser Sonntag sehr gemütlich. Wir, zwei Menschen und Hund, haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen.
