Schöne Ferienwohnung, alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Zwar an Hauptverkehrsstraße, aber es stört nicht und im Haus hört man davon auch nichts. Kontakt mit Vermieter super und absolut problemlos. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Kleiner Tipp, ein Duschteppich wäre super und mal ein paar neue Handtücher. Ansonsten alles perfekt.

Haus mit Charme

Die Ferienwohnung im alten Bahnhof in Neugarmssiel ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch die Einrichtung bietet alles, was man für braucht. Von hier aus kommt man mit dem Auto recht schnell zu verschiedenen Stränden und netten Städtchen wie Esens und Jever. Nervig war, dass der WC-Sitz lose ist. Zudem hat man auch echtes Bahnhof-Feeling direkt an der Straße,- wenn ein LKW oder Traktor vorbeifährt, wackelt das Haus durch die Erschütterung und man wird aus dem Schlaf gerissen.

Auto-parkplatz,ist zu kurz, mein Sharan hatte zu wenig platz, und es ist gefährlich ein und auszuparken, toiletten deckel muss fachmännisch angebracht werden, terrasse konnte nicht benützt werden, vogelkot, lärmbelästigung von autos, ansonsten übernachtungen, sauberkeit sehr gut, , andere terrasse auch nicht benutzbar, das stück rasen wäre super gewesen

Alter Bahnhof modern hergerichtet

Die Unterkunft war sauber und modern eingerichtet. Bemerkentswert für eine Fewo war der große Fernseher (65"). Bis auf eine Spülmaschine hatte die Küche alles, was man braucht. Leider gibt es dort kein Internet mit WLAN. Wir sind es gewohnt, zwei Schlüssel für die Fewo zu bekommen

Wunderschön

Liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit separatem Eingang wie Ferienhaus. Es ist alles Vorhanden was man braucht. Komplett ausgestattete Küche. Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Backofen,Toaster ect. Alles neuwertig in dem alten Bahnhof der gut gepflegt . Wir haben uns 1 Woche sehr wohlgefühlt. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt bei Schlüssel Übergabe:-) Vielen Dank ! gerne empfehlen wir es weiter . Wir würden es sofort wieder buchen. 2 Erw. 2 Teens mit Hund sagen Dankeschön

Nicht wie beschrieben

Die Unterkunft an sich war sauber,wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Renovierung wäre nötig. Die Beschreibung entspricht nicht der Wirklichkeit. Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Hunden dort und freuten uns auf Gartenmitbenutzung im eingezäunten Grundstück. Eine Mitnutzung gab es nicht, da die Verbindungstür abgeschlossen war. Auf Nachfrage hieß es, das ist Privatgarten. Es blieb nur eine Miniterrasse zur Hauptstraße. Diese war sehr ungepflegt.

Wohnung war gut eingerichtet, alles Notwendige vorhanden. Allerdings führt direkt vor der Wohnung die Straße von Jever nach Carolinensiel vorbei, so dass die Terrasse nicht nutzbar war. In der Toilette war der Toilettendeckel sehr lose, so dass das Gleichgewicht halten, nicht einfach war.

Das Gebäude ist sehr schön hergerichtet der zugeteilte Parkplatz ist unglücklich angelegt, da er direkt an einer Verkehrsinsel liegt, aber er ist gut erreichbar. Die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung lässt zu Wünschen übrig, in allen Zimmern überall Spinnweben und teils Schimmel an den Fenstern im OG und in der Dusche. Der WC Sitz war komplett defekt. Sonst ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, die Lage ist Top.

Sauberkeit Mangelhaft

Die Sauberkeit lässt mehr als zu wünschen übrig, an den Wänden und Decken überall Spinnweben und Schimmel in der Dusche und an den Fensterrahmen im Obergeschoss. Der WC Deckel war komplett kaputt es war einfach unmöglich die Toilette zu benutzen ohne das der Sitz sich selbständig gemacht hat. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft
