"When we booked they did not make us aware of renovations that were going on as well as not having a functioning TV although there was one in the room. The construction was very loud and the room is not noise proof. It was also hot in the room and the AC did not work. I would not stay here again!"

"I had a positive stay at this hotel in Esslingen, which is excellently located in the city center. The convenience of the location was a highlight of the trip. However, there were a few maintenance issues in the bathroom that impacted the experience. The extractor fan was not functioning, which led to lingering odors, and the shower had a persistent drip. Despite these technical points, the overall stay was enjoyable."

"The Ruby Hanna is in a great location. The train to and from the airport is minutes away. The rooms are comfortable and really well thought out. The bed was heavenly and the sheets and other linens were immaculate. They have pared down the unnecessary stuff and thought about what makes a stay enjoyable and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again"

"This was a nice hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that I picked the room option specifically because it came with a tub/shower combo and the room only had a shower. "
