Clean room,staff very helpful and friendly, I would stay here again

It was nice and great location. Bathroom needed improvements.

I loved it here. Place is just as mentioned and we got the buffet add on which was worth every cent. The staff was very kind and helpful. The place is very clean. It’s close and walkable to many shops and markets. I had no problem staying here.

I liked that the room was clean and bed was comfy. Staff was extremely friendly and polite. However, no provision of tooth brush and toothpaste. Bath tub was average but water was not hot enough to have a nice bath and shower. The pool design lacked any sunlight throughout the day and pool water was very cold. Thought the breakfast could have some changes as everyday was exactly the same thing and insufficient western options.

The room was very nice. Comfortable and clean. My favorite employees were Van the night shift front desk clerk and James. I was disappointed with the daytime manager. I wanted to tell her how nice Van and James were but she just dismissed me snd wouldnt talk to me. The hotel is almost a block from Walking Street and the beach. Very convenient location.
