"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and the room was large with good view to the city. The center was within walking distance. It is important to know that rooms are only cleaned on request. Unfortunately the staff do not speak English or German. A translator is helpful. We felt very welcome."

We even asked at the reception if they had any firmer ones, but were told that the entire complex uses the same type of mattress. Breakfasts were nice, and despite the large number of guests, the staff managed to keep everything well-stocked. "I stayed with my children and we really enjoyed the food and the service in the restaurant/bar was great. My boys liked the playroom for kids and table tennis upstairs. Ski storage was big enough to dry our jackets too. The only negative was the size of our room and no TV. Highly recommended."

"Es ist ein tolles Hotel. Wir sind nicht zum ersten Mal da. Aber es war schon besser. Grundsätzlich ist es immer noch ein super Hotel. Daher schreibe ich nur was diesmal nicht so gut lief. Das Frühstück am Sonntag ist großartig. An den anderen Tagen fehlt aber einiges. Saunatücher sollten am Spabereich verteilt werden. Wir haben für Vier leider nur ein Handtuch bekommen. Aber was leider auch nicht geht, ist das die beiden Ladeplätze für Elektroautos ständig von nicht ladenden Pkws zugeparkt...
