Room was nice, checkin process was smooth but we had no hot water in our room for shower. We were asked to use another room for shower instead of moving us in a different room to resolve the issue. It was an odd experience.

The room was good and the staff were very friendly. However, the property advertised that it has private access to beach, the condition of the private beach was very bad. It wasn't maintained well and there was garbage and plastic littered all over. Despite informing the management about it, it remained dirty.
The property did have good pool though which was very family friendly.

I won’t recommend this property to anyone as staying here will have more problem and won’t be able to enjoy their time. It is not at all well maintained, AC doesn’t work, wifi has no signal, Bathrooms flush didn’t work, water all over the place in the property .
