I was scammed when riding a car from airport to Urban Elephant Hotel. I was over charged more than US$2500 for a ride. I requested the hotel to provide the video of the hotel front door. This video is to catch the car license plate and the driver at the time of my arrival at the hotel. So that I can report to police and to my bank as a proof of scamming.
It has been 10 days so far, Urban Elephant Hotel does not provide video and I am being ignored. I receive no communication of the status. Are they conspired with the scammer?
