Senior staff poor interaction with us. Windows had handprints on No clear information at check in. Disorganised staff at breakfast. Anticipating a served breakfast not a buffet’. Saw menu but not out. Luke warm water for tea! Rubbish.

The Queens Hotel
The staff were very helpful. The rooms had been refurbished, with an excellent, powerful walk-in shower. The hotel was conveniently situated near the station and the bus stop for the airport.
