Cozy 3-room garden apartment near the city of Mozart - the ideal starting point for culture lovers in the city of Salzburg and nature lovers seeking peace and quiet. Here you will find THE relaxation you need.

The accommodation
The 71 square meter 3-room apartment on the first basement floor welcomes you with a well-organized entrance hall with coat rack and shoe bench. The two bedrooms are laid out with parquet flooring and each have a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The large box spring beds invite you to spend restful nights.

In the bathroom you will find a bathtub with shower screen, an illuminated mirror cabinet and a sink cabinet. A washing machine is also available.

The toilet is located separately one door further on. In the storage room you will find a vacuum cleaner, mop and other cleaning utensils. There is also a microwave here so that you can use the kitchen to its full extent for cooking.

The living and dining area has space for a dining table with four chairs and a comfortable couch with a view of a flat-screen TV. The modern kitchenette has an oven, a ceramic hob, a dishwasher and a Nespresso capsule machine. In the cupboards you will find all the dishes, cutlery, pans, pots and kitchen utensils you need to prepare a delicious meal.
From the living area you can access a spacious covered terrace which is connected to the apartment's garden. You can end the day wonderfully with a good glass of wine in the cozy garden lounge.
If you need a parking space, you can use it free of charge in front of the house.

Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, die Küche gut ausgestattet die Betten angenehm und ein gemütlicher Gartenbereich bot Möglichkeiten zum Relaxen. Damit hatten wir einen sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für einen Kurztrip mit Familienfeier in Salzburg.
