8.6/10 Excellent! (251 reviews)
The beds were far too short for a comfortable night’s sleep. I am 6’2”, which is not unusually tall, yet my feet extended well beyond the end of the bed. This was uncomfortable and I would expect a hotel of this standard to provide beds of a more suitable length.

9/10 Wonderful! (2,099 reviews)
We stayed in a Superior Queen room. The room is cleverly designed where you basically walk into your bathroom/main entrance. The bedroom has a sliding pocket door to close off the bedroom from the main area/bathroom. Unfortunately if your spouse uses the main area/ bathroom while you try to sleep all the lights are turned on disrupting your sleep.

"The check-in was a nightmare. The tech just doesn't work. Also. Pod means half height rooms. Maybe that's obvious to everyone else. It was fine. But just so we're clear."

"Our Tower Bridge room was in need of an upgrade. The door and some interior cabinets were scratched. The bathroom tub/shower was dated and down right dangerous to get in and out of. No tissues or lotion in the room. The staff were gracious and friendly. Lovely view from the room. Please invest in ..."
