There was a deposit to be taken upon arrival which we were not made aware of when booking. The room was so small for the amount you pay, and we stayed two nights. The tv did not even have Netflix or anything, which one would expect when paying so much and in such a modern hotel. Good thing we took our PlayStation and connected it. Clean and modern, however, definitely would not stay again even if it were much cheaper and closer to everything.

We had a lovely family stay at Novotel London Tower Bridge from 30 October to 1 November. The hotel was comfortable, clean and in a fantastic location for exploring London with the family. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience was enjoyable. A great choice for a family city break. Would happily stay again!
