Enjoy this new 1-BR second floor apartment. Private entrance and plenty of free off street parking. Completely remolded in July of 2020 this apartment is all new and fully furnished , fully stocked kitchen free wifi and SAT TV.

I was very pleased with the accomodations. I had everything I needed and it was comfortable and quiet. I was able to get my research done and enjoyed the peaceful setting, and it was convenient to the friends and family I visited during my stay. I will definitely stay here again.

Cozy little one bedroom. Conveniently located near things but not on a “main” road. It allowed for some peace and quiet at night.

Efficient and Convenient in Wallingford Area

We were please with this top floor property which was only 3.5 miles where we were for graduation weekend. The apartment is well-appointed and quiet. Karl was an excellent and highly responsive host. Some reviews mention difficulties accessing the driveway because of the unusual road intersections there, but we did not find that an issue. The parking is ample and behind the building. Nice yard, patio, and grill area. Not fancy but very functional. We would stay there again.

This was an adorable, clean and perfect for our weekend. There was everything we needed including lots of towels and hangers Loved the boutique feel. There was also plenty of parking. The only concern were the stairs leading up to the property. The stairs seemed a bit rickety but it would not keep me from staying there again.

Cozy and Comfortable

I was visiting family in the area and the rental was perfect with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable living spaces. The rental is on the second floor, so there is a flight of stairs, but I liked the added privacy.
