"Our room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk attendant was very nice and so accommodating as well. We had a ton of luggage but booked a suite that happened to be on the 2nd floor. He instantly upgraded us to the next tier room that was on the first floor to make our stay easier, at no charge. We will definitely stay here again"

"The front desk guy was nice and held the room bc we got in late, but the room itself kinda sucked. Mold on the shower ceiling, water took forever to warm up, killed 5 bugs in bathroom/bedroom, road noise from trucks was loud, and they doubled the regular price bc it was grad weekend at Penn State. I'm not a hotel snob by any means, but it was hard to sleep due to the above."

"Cramer Family Mountain Inn was the perfect stay for me to visit my niece at PSU during graduation weekend. The Inn was easy to find, check in was a breeze. It was quiet, the mattress was lovely and the place was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend the Cramer Family Mountain Inn and I hope to be back in the future. "

"Stay away!!! Had 2 rooms booked and paid for a month and a half in advance, when I got there, I was told the motel had been sold at the beginning of the month. No rooms were available without a confirmation number. I have stayed here before and not needed one. I could not find the number (I'm old and couldn't navigate the email on my phone). The man at the front desk was being very unreasonable, after 30 minutes we decided we had to go to another place to get a room. Most of the hotels/motels were all sold out because of Penn State graduation. I will never stay in this motel again..."

"No coffee in the room and no access to any coffee or breakfast the next day. No staff on premises after 9pm or in the morning. I paid more because it was graduation weekend. The staff at the attached restaurant was no help regarding our stay at the hotel."

"The cabin was perfect in every way and one of the nicest stays we’ve ever had. We wish we had a reason to return. If you are looking for peace & quiet in a private clean location, the mountain time cabin will not disappoint "
