High-End luxury Condo located in the heart of downtown Walla Walla

This modern Condo sits in downtown Walla Walla, walking distance to all historic main street has to offer. Restaurants, tasting rooms, boutique shopping & entertainment. This open concept freshly remodeled space is complete with all the amenities necessary for a wonderful stay, including a well-stocked kitchen, plush linens and robes, toiletries with essential oils, and a Keurig coffee machine. Forgot to pack an essential? We likely have you covered!

The space
From custom cabinets to volume controlled speakers, no detail was overlooked and will let you relax in style. With top of the line dark stainless appliances, a fully furnished kitchen, and the local farm to table food available in town, you can make a meal of your dreams. Cooking not your thing? No problem; you can walk to one of the many upscale restaurants downtown in a matter of minutes. 2 cozy bedrooms with individual mini split air conditioning units ensure a comfy night of sleep with your desired air temperature. We also have a variety of items available if you are traveling with children to make packing less of a burden (please inquire).

Guest access:
Street parking is available directly outside the private entrance at the east end of the building on a first come, first served basis. If nothing is available, we also have a parking lot on the west end of the building and you are free to park in spaces 23-27.

Entrance is on the west end of the building, off 1st street. There are keypad entries on both the outside door and the apartment door for convenience. Codes will be provided a few days before check in. Cameras are located throughout the premises for added security.

Interaction with guests:
I am almost always a text/email/phone call away if troubles arise. If you need recommendations or have special requests, I can typically accommodate with sufficient advance planning. Almost anything is possible in Walla Walla [hot air balloon ride (weather pending), bicycle ride, running routes, horseback rides, wine tasting tours, spa dates, in-unit massage, Botox, tooth whitening, acupuncture, makeover, photography, casino, private chef]. Please inquire.

Other things to note:
Walla Walla has a noise ordinance of 10 pm​, so please be respectful.

The apartment is located on the second floor with several stairs and there is not an elevator.​

  • One of the oldest mansions in Walla Walla, this house was built around 1880 and now serves as a museum depicting daily Victorian life on the frontier. From the website: When built, the Kirkman’s home was one of the grandest residences in Walla Walla reflecting tastes of the day and wealth generated by the ranching business. Now the Victorian Italianate house remains the only example of its kind locally, though vestiges of early 20th century architecture can be found throughout Walla Walla. In its heyday, the house was the setting for lavish entertaining, as well as for routine activities of daily American Victorian life. In addition to being home for the Kirkman’s, it also served as a boys’ dormitory for Whitman College from 1920-1924. During this time Walter Brattain, 1956 Nobel Prize winner for the co-invention of the transistor, studied in the home. The house was elected to the National Historic Register in December of 1974 and has been run as a non-profit organization since 1981.

Great stay in Walla Walla

Perfect location. Walking distance to almost everything we wanted to do in Walla Walla. Want to come back in the spring when it is a little warmer and would love to stay here if it is available.

Gorgeous place

We had a lovely time. Location perfect, we were able to walk to the main streets and get coffee/breakfast and dinner. We also loved hanging out in the community tables and chairs in the evening. The mattresses were so comfortable and the linens were nice too. The kitchen is very well appointed and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Stay!

Loved this place! One of the nicest VRBO places I’ve ever stayed at. Clean, well-appointed, quiet, and perfectly located only a few blocks from downtown. Our host, Patty, was welcoming and quick to respond to any questions I had. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay with all the things we needed. Close walking distance to downtown and all sorts of tasting rooms and restaurants. Tons of local recommendations from the host including for a massage which was just wonderful. Highly recommend.

Great place, not great communication

We loved the place itself and its location, very clean and close to downtown. The host experience wasn’t great, wouldn’t ever answer my questions, it was a good thing we didn’t actually need something important. We would stay here again for the place however.

Great option for Walla Walla

The unit is exactly as described – entirely updated, very well located (though it’s a bit noisy in the morning, being across from the Y), and incredibly well equipped with anything that you can need. We had no issues with parking on the street at all. The mattresses are on the firmer side, which is really a matter of preference. Good communication from the owners, and the key codes make access very easy.

Cute down town apartment

Overall the stay was great. The hot tub was way bigger than i expected from the pictures. Everything in the apartments was thought through. The host was so helpful and checked on us often via message to see if we needed anything. Its conviently located downtown with in walking distance of plenty of shops and restaurants.

Great place, great location, great host!

We had a very nice trip to visit Walla Walla to do a tour of Whitman College with our daughter. The unit was very clean and in excellent condition. Fully-stocked for all of our needs. Excellent location just a few steps from campus and the heart of Main Street. The host, Patty, was incredibly communicative and took incredible care of us. A great spot!

Great location and space

The condo is very close to downtown and was clean and comfortable. Had an issue with the hot tub and Patty had it fixed really quickly. Worked out very well for my wife and I and kids aged 12 and 8.

Walla Walla trip

We had a wonderful stay at the Nest on Burch. Our hostess, Patty was very communicative and helpful. We shared the place with another couple and it was perfect for four people. Details like great beds, pillows and linens are important and Patty delivers. The location is one block from downtown and parking was plentiful. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We will visit again!

Good time of year!!

It was a good time of year to stay here. I think in summer May too hat as there were only bedroom window air conditioners. But other than that it was nice and quiet and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you !!
