"I would not stay there again when we arrived there was no one there to check us in. There was a bell left on the desk and we rang it but no one came to help us. We waited over 10 minutes. The beds and pillows were old and uncomfortable and the facilities needed an upgrade. It was decently clean but they will not receive my business again. "

"They did good we were happy the room was clean-ish but the ac needed the vent clean it was kicking my allergies into over drive."

"We had to cancel our rooms the night prior to our stay due to a medical emergency and the staff and management continued to refuse the refund as well as neglect any follow up to discuss when told otherwise. Horrible customer service. "

"The microwave was dirty the headboards were all tore up the floors were actually dirty spilled some water and went to clean it up and the paper towels came back up off the floor Brown and it was only water the bathtub was nasty and would not hold water to be able to take a bath had to scrub the bathtub in order to take a bath the internet sucked which made the TV not work could not have TV all night or morning their pet friendly but it cost you $10 a dog but if they're pet friendly it should be free or at least it should be refundable"
