Bryant Creek Retreat Town home is a short 3 blocks from downtown Walla Walla. Wine tasting, restaurants, & shopping are at your doorstep. The main floor has an open concept floor plan with living room, kitchen, dining area and bar seating. The upstairs has two bedrooms and a shared full bathroom.
PET FEE: $100, Two dog maximum. Let us know if you are bringing your dog/s and we`ll send instructions on how to pay the PET FEE.
Cancellations: A 4% merchant service processing fee will be applied to all cancellations. House Rules:
Check-in is at 4:00 PM or later. Check-out is 10:00 AM. Early or late requests must be approved in advance and may include a fee.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. You may have up to 4 additional daytime visitors, provided they do not stay overnight and all house rules, including quiet hours and no events, are followed.
Exceeding the maximum overnight occupancy of the home without approval may result in a minimum $500 fee and/or immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.
No smoking or vaping inside the home. A minimum $250 fee will apply for violations.
Pets must be approved in advance where allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees.
This property includes a $50 Safely damage protection policy covering up to $3,000 in accidental damages. Guests are responsible for any damage not covered, including misuse or rule violations.

This place was perfect for our weekend wine getaway! Great location and dog friendly. Loved the bottle of wine left for us and all the dog decorations were so cute. Definitely recommend!
Great townhouse within walking distance of shops, restaurants and wine tasting in Walla Walla. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed, including a well outfitted kitchen to fix a dinner there. The owners seem to have thought of everything! We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
The location of this property was perfect. Close to everything. The townhouse is located in the middle of the pack but we never heard any noise from the neighbors. The place was clean and felt spacious. We ended up driving to the downtown area because of the weather but the location is definitely walkable in warmer weather. Would recommend for future stays.
This little apartment was perfect for myself, my daughter & my sister to see what Walla Walla had to offer. We could have walked to many shops but it was windy and we were being lazy. Wineries, food, beautiful shops and entertainment just a few blocks away.
The apartment itself was very clean, inviting and the complimentary wine was just what we needed. The outside area was adorable but with the wind we will try that during our next trip. We will be returning!

Convenient to downtown and loved the garage parking. Clean, comfortable and well appointed. The only thing missing was a blender, which wasn’t a big deal.
Provided everything we were looking for. Close to downtown, clean, quick response from property manager, pretty quiet neighborhood. Mattress protectors needed to be washed & I suspect the keyless entry code remains the same for awhile & the deadbolt wasn't functional. Tight parking on holiday weekend.
The place itself was nice. However the pictures online were not accurate. The garage has been converted to a living area and you don’t have access to parking your car in the garage. Because of this, you park in the back and then have to walk around to the front door. This made a difference in our stay.
Great location, walkable to everything downtown - wine tasting rooms, Whitman Hotel, breakfast places, restaurants, Starbucks (other coffee shops open later) etc. Shared upstairs bath was fine for two couples with the half bath downstairs available during showers etc. Shared sitting area behind units was a great place to relax in the afternoon and catch some early sun with coffee in the AM. Plenty of parking with the garage, dedicated spot behind unit and ample street parking on the same block. Definitely recommend!!
We had a wonderful time at this cute townhome. Everything was super comfortable, clean and inviting. It is dog friendly but super clean.
Well stocked with bathroom basics, a great kitchen and lots of space to spread out. Also, LOVED the bottle of wine, we arrived late and didn't have time to stop and my husband was going to run out and grab a bottle--but he didn't have to!
The location is ideal! You can walk to downtown in about 10 minutes. One suggestion I have, is when you walk downtown take 3rd or 1st street..2nd is a pretty busy so loud and a lot of traffic. the other two made for a pleasant walk.
This is a great place for your WW getaway. We 2 couples were very comfortable in this 2 bedroom (shared full hall bath upstairs and a 1/2 bath down) condo for our long weekend of wine tasting & dining in WW. Great neighborhood for our early morning walk/runs. Plus, we walked to downtown every evening for dinner. Lovely walk & no one had to worry about driving home! We will definitely return!
This place worked well for us— it was quiet, very clean, and had all the little things that make a vacation rental stay so much easier. The air conditioning worked great and was such a respite from the heat outside as we moved our son into his dorm at Whitman. We hope to stay here again!
