Royal Station Hotel
Good central location and friendly, helpful staff. A large Victorian building that is probably very expensive to maintain in good condition. My standard room was clean but needed a refresh, especially the moth-eaten carpet. The moths were visible.

Delta Hotels by Marriott Newcastle Gateshead
2 visits 2 different treatments first was great second time completely confusing couldn’t provide the same treatment on our second visit.

The County Hotel, Newcastle
Ideal location, across from Metro and Train station. Staff helpful and friendly. Good breakfast buffet and access to trendy Hudson Bar.

Roomzzz Newcastle
Have stayed in better places in Newcastle but they cost more. Overall, and allowing for price, this a great hotel in a good location. My only real criticism is that the complimentary coffee is rank, but there is great coffee place around the corner (Sorcerer) so all good! :-)

The whole thing was excellent! The property was clean and spacious. Parking convenient and good value at £12 per night. Staff were very helpful.
