I had no a lovely room with small courtyard view,room had fridge, desk and chair, microwave, jug and tea/coffee, TV, bed was comfortable and very friendly and helpful people. It is in a safe area and a short walk to cafes and shops. "

"Great location. Close to Rosebank where there are many great restaurants to chose from. Lovely breakfast. Friendly service. Only suggestion is for an aircon as fan was super noisy in room. Cannot leave windows open due to mosquitoes. Other than that we will be back. "

The room was serviced daily, but I had to ask for toilet paper. The entrance to the hotel is difficult to miss and is a locked sliding door.
