Very relaxing spot on Island Lake, southeast shore. Close to Clancy's Restaurant and Foxy's Bar and restaurant, makes this spot an ideal area to get away and yet still have the ability to have a choice of dining/drinking very close by. Truly makes an ideal spot for Families and/or group getaways. Comfortably sleeps 6-7 people .

This condo is unit #2 in the fourplex. Recently updated, this 720sq/ft condo/cabin is a 2 bed 1 bath unit that has a deck facing the lake, indoor wood burning fire place, full kitchen equipped with all the utensils for cooking and dining, new dishwasher, updated bathroom and a washer and dryer added for your convenience ! Outdoors offers a sand beach, a dock for your boat, a lake that has great fishing and close to an outlet which allows you access via boat to other lakes. So much fun !!

Great cabin
Awesome time, definitely recommend it, you have everything that you need, not to far from town and if you don’t feel like cooking, there’s a great restaurant next door. Would definitely visit again.

Snowmobiling and Relaxation
This is our fourth time at the property. It is easy to get to with paved roads all the way. Just a short trip into Park Rapids for any items we might need or have forgotten. Clancy’s and Roxy’s are within walking distance when we don’t feel like cooking at the cabin. On site washer and dryer reduces the laundry workload when returning home. The cabin is in a great centralized location to access snowmobile trails to go any direction we want. We bring along a fire stick from home for the tv and can view our normal news, weather and other programs when cooking etc. We find the cabin clean and fresh with absolutely NO issues with neighbors. Our one concern is that others will rent and book this property and we will have trouble getting a reservation to stay there

Secluded, but not alone
This is a nice little Apartment on the outside, but feels like a cabin on the inside. You are secluded, but around people. It was a small town feel and everyone was super nice. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. Perfect for the two of us. The mattress was very comfortable. Fishing was great. We caught lots of fish, and right off the docks. The food at Clancy's was delicious. No need to cook. Took a day and went to Itasca State Park to walk the head of the Mississippi River. It was only about a 15 Minute drive. We had a nice relaxing time.

Beautiful view from the deck.
The property has a very nice cabin like feel. It would be great for a family with small kids to make best use of the bedroom with the bunk beds. There are both gas and charcoal grills on the deck and we made use of both of them. Gas is quick and easy and charcoal gives a more classic taste. Owners were very helpful with all of our questions and responded quite rapidly. The bank down to the lake is fairly steep but the dock is easy to access and we had no problems with tying up our boat to the dock.

Lakes getaway
The property was very nice - and literally next door to Clancy's resort/bar/restaurant. We rented a pontoon for the day from Clancy's, which worked out well to fish from and relax around the lake. We were surprised at how busy the resort was, both Friday and Saturday nights the small parking areas were packed. Luckily the cabin 4-plex does have a small lot just for them, but even those spots are in short supply. The cabin was well stocked from a kitchen standpoint, which we used to cook our in-cabin meals. For our family of 2 adults, 3 teenage boys, it was a bit tighter accommodations than we anticipated - but we made it work. I recommend this cabin to those who want a taste of the northwoods but also don't mind immediate neighbors. The location from both Park Rapids and Itasca State Park was perfect.

Old and musty smelling!
Your place was very old and musty smelling. You need to put pictures of what the inside of the place looks like so people know what they're getting into. You just showed a picture from the deck looking out over the lake. Always, always when you book with a hotel, B & B, or other places they show pictures of all of the rooms in the place you're staying. You cold also hear the people on either side of us with every move they made. It sounded like someone was above us walking on the floors. Walls need better soundproofing.

Wonderful
We rented this cabin for the weekend and it exceeded my expectations with everything that was in the cabin. The location was very nice being just outside of town and the lake was peaceful. We were surprised with an outdoor concert at Clancy's that we were able to enjoy from the deck. I will definable seek out this location in the future

Great family get-away!
Love this condo! It is stocked with everything a family would need for a great week-end get away, a nice sand beach, great fishing from the docks, outdoor space for yard games, and a playground area for toddlers. Big plus - Owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. Thank you Mike and Mary!
