We loved the beautiful area and lake view, clean room, delicious breakfast, quiet atmosphere, and all the nice extras that they made us feel so comfortable and well taken care of. "Check in staff seemed annoyed when I arrived to check in since He had to put his phone down to help me. Proceeded to sit in the lounge area with his feet up rest of the night. Breakfast was slightly underwhelming. Room was small but clean, courtyard and pool area were nice with lots of seating in good shape. Hotel lost power at 5 am, not their fault, but lots of alarms and noise going on made for a rough last night. "

"The property itself was clean and perfectly acceptable. The walls were thin, and the neighbors, loud. The TV volume could not be adjusted, and so was too quiet to hear. Oddly, though, I could hear the neighbor's TV just fine! An ok spot for an overnight, located near a beautiful park and close to restaurants, shops, and convenience stores."

"This property is having a complete renovation. I would not have stayed if i had any idea. Nothing on website indicated anything. We stayed 4 nights and I guess you are totally on your own to find clean towels, toilet paper etc. Hotel was permeated with paint and adhesive smells. Open Rooms under these circumstances should not cost $158 per night. "

Felt like I went down a rabbit hole trying to find information about checkin, checkout, security code. Stay was good. Beautiful place. Loved the decor. "
