Top views with sunsets you can watch from the couch or your bed or front verandah. Beach is out front, easy access. Quiet beautiful walks. Close to Innes National Park. Top location. Had problem with water and they came out and fixed it straight away, good service."

House clean except for barbecue which was filthy! Very comfy lounge and dining area, and kitchen good. Two beds upstairs were comfy, the third (double bed under single bunk) was very small due to extra mattress on top - more like a three quarter bed than a double. And bed in downstairs bedroom sunk in the middle giving those sleepers back problems. Didn't use beds in downstairs games area, so can't comment on those. Thus, at least 50% of the beds need updating. Location fantastic - not hemmed in, and due to the house being at right angles to the sea, the front verandah was quite protected even when very windy out the back. Enjoyed our stay."
