"We absolutely loved the room overall. The convenience of staying, right in the heart of town was perfect. The views were spectacular. The room that we had with the jacuzzi was very nice. A couple of negatives… the gentleman that checked us in made sure to tell me multiple times that because we booked with Expedia he would not be able to help us if there were any issues with the room. I explained that we got the room on Expedia simply because it was a lot cheaper. We felt like he was kind of condemning us for doing that. Also, the room was clean except the carpet & couch. When my husband walked barefooted in the room his feet were black. Not a huge deal we just kept our shoes on. We put one of our own blankets over the couch as well. Not a huge deal. The hotel just needs to do a bit of updating."

"Very clean hotel, inside and out. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable and probably the biggest “basic” room I have stayed in. The fire pits and outdoor furniture were a nice place to rest and relax. Great views and close to everything, like walking distance close! Will definitely return!"

"A beautiful place to stay. Great for family, good things to keep kids busy and great breakfast. Having worked in the hotel business staff needs to sell the surrounding area-helping more with where to eat, shop and explore. Didn't know about the farm across the street-a woman in town told us about it. Overall we loved our stay just needed more guidance at times."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very clean and had everything you needed. It was convenient to everything and not far from Berlin. Pam was very prompt in responding to my questions. We would definitely come back. The view was beautiful!"

We thought the pictures online were amazing but they didn’t really do justice with how beautiful everything was inside and out. Just a really beautiful place that we will do again."

"The room was very spacious, however there was an unusual smell in the room that we couldn't figure out. One of the bed's mattress was broken down and very uncomfortable. AC unit was either on all the time or completely off we couldn't regulate it."
