Property was beautiful. Majority of the staff were professional and courteous. Beautiful hotel. Very clean. However, the manager at the Americano restaurant was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was looking forward to experiencing the food at restaurant. After his rude interaction did not bother to try again. Overall, great hotel. Customer service training will help him improve his lack of hospitality.
