Room was clean. Staff very polite and helpful. Breakfast was average. Evening meal was very good. Couldn’t get any cold water in our room-it was warm or hot only.

Parking is extremely limited but the West End Road car park is only a short walk away and both reasonable cost and easy to pay via the MiPermit app (which will give you a Vat receipt afterwards). Best Western Ipswich Hotel
This was a 1-night stay for work. I was in room 220 which was a long walk from reception. Car park was free, but at the front of the hotel, filled up quickly. The room however was huge as was the ensuite. TV and Wifi okay. Decor a bit dated. Staff were friendly and helpful.
