Fine hotel even though a some maintenance still to be done. Lovely staff very kind and helpful. Beatiful walks nearby and nice city. Big swim-park (9€) in connection with hotel was nice. Breakfast and dinner were really good. Wifi was not good, but I will come back

Top-Adresse für Mountainbiker – wir kommen wieder! Wir waren zu dritt als Mountainbiker unterwegs und rundum begeistert! Das Zimmer war überraschend geräumig, äußerst sauber und bot ausreichend Platz für uns und unsere Ausrüstung. Nach einem langen Tag auf dem Bike war der Wellnessbereich ein echtes Highlight – sehr gepflegt und perfekt zum Entspannen. Besonders überzeugt hat uns das Abendessen: eine große Auswahl, riesige Portionen und richtig lecker! Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen – reichhaltig, frisch und mit allem, was das Sportlerherz begehrt. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder – vielen Dank an das gesamte Team!

Leider von Jahr zu Jahr schlechter. Die Balkonfenster/ Türen sind so marode, meine Tür ließ sich gar nicht mehr schließen. Das einst so reichhaltige Frühstück hat jetzt weniger Niveau als in einer Jugendherberge. Sehr schade, aber das Hotel werden wir nicht mehr buchen. Jedes Jahr neue Besitzer und das eigentlich tolle Hotel verfällt immer mehr.

Das Hotel liegt ruhig am Stadtrand von Waldkirchen, aber das Stadtzentrum war zu Fuß in 1km Entfernung gut zu erreichen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Einrichtung in einem guten Zustand. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach und die Brötchen-Auswahl bestand aus 2 Sorten, Toastbrot gab es gar nicht und vegane Milch oder lactosefreie Milch gab es auch nicht. Auch die Saftauswahl war mit Orangensaft und Multivitamin-Saft sehr gering. Für 21,- EUR stimmte das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis beim Frühstück nicht. Der Service war bis auf den Reinigungsservice auch fast nicht vorhanden. Wir haben zwar eine Kurtaxe bezahlt, aber keine Kurkarten erhalten. Einen Getränke oder Snackautomaten oder eine Bar gibt es im Hotel auch nicht und wenn das Restaurant geschlossenen hat, muss man sich woanders selbst versorgen. Einen Hinweis auf gute Restaurants haben wir vom Service-Personal leider auch nicht erhalten. Das Hotel ist nur für Kurzzeit-Aufenthalte zu empfehlen.

Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen , die Zimmer waren sauber. Leider war das Restaurant "Karoli Stuben" nur für Gäste mit Halbpension geöffnet, so dass wir Abends auswärts essen gehen mussten (ca. 20 Minuten Fußweg ins Stadtzentrum)

Der Frühstückt war gut, das Personal zuvorkommend, Wanderwege in der Nähe, Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge. Karoli Badepark befand sich im Umbau. Abendessen katastrophal. Bestellung vergessen und das ganze Essen war versalzen. Schwarzer Schimmel im Bad, wurde aber sofort entfernt. Balkon voll mit Spinnennetz. Laut weil das Zimmer nah angrenzend an Karolibad. Nachts auch laut wegen Wärmepumpe.

Die Lage ist exeptional. Der freie Ausblick von der Terrasse! Das Zimmer entspricht dem Standard eines 4 Sterne-Hotel. Nur die dicke Matratze ist zu weich. Dusche: noch eine Halterung an der Breitseite würde die Sicherheit erhöhen. Das Personal an der Reception ist teilweise nicht Service-Orientiert. Auf meine Anfrage, wie ich vom BUS-Bahnhof zum Hotel kämme: "Nehmen Sie halt ein Taxi!" RESTAURANT: Am Zugang zum Hotel-Parkplatz hängt eine Speise-Karte, die u. a. Hirschbraten anbietet. Nur war dieser dann alle 4 Abende nicht zu bekommen. FRÜHSTÜCK: Für den vorzüglichen Kaffee waren warme Tassen vorrätig. Die großen weißen Teller waren kalt, das Rührei und die Bratwürstchen lauwarm. Die Wiener und die Weißwürste gut heiß. Die Auswahl ist ungewöhnlich riesig - der Preis mit € 19 auch. Walter

Das Hotel liegt oben auf dem Berg in ruhiger Lage, wir waren nur drei Tage dort aber sehr zufrieden, nettes Personal tolles Frühstück und auch das Abendessen war sehr gut
