    The location
    Beautifully situated in the countryside, with a view of the nearby lake and the mountain ranges at sunset, our little house (53m²) is nestled in the Jägerwiesen holiday park. The nearest shops are a 5-minute drive away and the charming Waldkirchen market square is just 7 minutes away. Austria, Czech Republic, the Bavarian Forest National Park, Passau... all this can be explored within 20 - 30 minutes as well as forests, lakes, mountains, villages, leisure and sports facilities.
    Within a radius of 20 km there are 4 ski areas with lifts, the Adalbert-Stifter cross-country ski trail runs almost along the house, we are in the middle of the 380 km long cycle path network Dreiländereck, hikes are signposted from the holiday park.

    Our house
    On the upper floor are the two bedrooms, each with two beds and good mattresses as well as plenty of storage and shelving space. On the ground floor you will find the well-equipped fitted kitchen with sink, coffee machine, toaster, four electric hobs, fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher; a bathroom with shower; a cloakroom and the large living/dining area with rustic dining table, TV and sofa. The carpentered furniture is made of solid wood and exudes a stylish Bavarian lifestyle. I.
    Good equipment is important to us. The house is constantly being renovated and embellished. This makes it very different from the original standard house in the holiday park.
    A fast WLAN is available in the house for your exclusive use.
    You can also use your Netflix, PrimeVideo, Disney+ or other services on holiday via our Smart TV.
    The costs for electricity, heating and water are included in the total price.
    A starter set is available for you on arrival consisting of: Dish towel, rug for bathroom and kitchen, sponge and sponge cloth, toilet paper, washing-up liquid
    The holiday park itself offers a bread roll service, information material, darts evenings and a lovingly managed restaurant. The shopping facilities in the neighbourhood are excellent.

    The outdoor area
    The house has a large, beautiful garden and a terrace. In the neighbouring shed you will find garden furniture, a parasol, a barbecue with accessories and a badminton set. On the terrace there is a wooden table/seating combination for eating and playing, the beautiful natural garden with herb spiral and grass area invites you to relax and play badminton, for example.
    There is a car park in front of the house.

    The leisure possibilities are enormous, starting with the proximity to the Bavarian Forest National Park with wonderful nature experiences, but also well signposted hiking trails from the house, the great Karoli bathing park in nearby Waldkirchen, excursions to Passau, Austria and the Czech Republic, as well as workout or relaxation at the spa park around Lake Erlauzwiesel, which can be reached on foot in 2 minutes, a visit to a graphite mine in Hauzenberg and so much more. Information material is available in the house. In winter there are opportunities for cross-country skiing, the nearest lift for downhill skiing is about 20 minutes away.
