In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking. Grocery 300 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop "Almdorf Königsleiten Dorfbahn" 300 m, bathing lake 3 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, ski lift 10 m, gondola lift 100 m, slopes 10 m, ski school, children's ski school 20 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal Arena. Please note: the photo is just an example. Additional accommodations can be booked. Attention: for bookings which are longer then 14 days an extra cleaning has to be paid on spot.

Casa in un'ottima posizione con vista sulla valle e le montagne circostanti, comoda con dotazioni sufficienti, segnalo però la mancanza di una lavatrice nell'appartamento e nelle zone comuni.

Gut bürgerliche Ferienwohnung

Das Objekt steht an einer der besten Aussichtsplätzen des Ort mit 180 Grad Panorama in die Berge und in 100 Meter Abstand zur örtlichen Bergbahn, perfekt! Wer es noch stylisher und moderner in der Einrichtung mag, sollte sich noch andere Objekte anschauen. Wer dort überwiegend zum Übernachten ist und den Rest des Tages Ausflüge macht, für den ist diese Ferienwohnung ein idealer Ausgangpunkt in die gesamte Umgebung bis hinein ins Zillertal und weiter.

Fantástico Alojamiento

Nos hemos alojado una semana en un apartamento para 7 personas, muy amplio y limpio. Los colchones muy cómodos. Localizado en alto montaña, durante el mes de agosto. Muchas actividades alrededor. Muy bien equipado (lavaplatos, microondas, horno,...) lástima que no hay lavador para la ropa. Oficina de atención y entrega de llaves muy atentos.

Pleasant apartment in high altitude / 1600 m /. Simple, clean. Large terrace to the east. Two bathrooms. Suitable for two families. Nearby is a lot of hiking trails. Perfect for winter holidays, ski slopes for children at the house and lift 100 m away.
